End of the match between AC Milan 1-1 Inter for the first leg of the semi-final of the Coppa Italia. The second leg will be played on April 23 at the same stadium, but this time with the Nerazzurri supporters. 

Last changes of the match. For Milan, Rafael Leao comes off and enters the Nigerian Samuel Chukwueze, while for Inter the Argentinean Joaquin Correa comes off and enters the young Thomas Berenbruch. Final minutes of this match. 

Inter almost scored the winning goal. Thuram pivots very well, gives the ball to Çalhanoğlu who shoots as he comes and Maignan grazes the ball to send the ball to the corner kick. The Turk is the star of the match in this semifinal duel.

Once again, Sérgio Conceição moves the substitutes' bench. Christian Pulisic and striker Tammy Abraham come off the bench and Joao Felix and Mexican Santiago Giménez take their places. Will the changes work out for the Portuguese DT?

After Inter's goal, Milan decided to make a substitution to try to get back into the lead. Spanish winger Alejandro Jimenez Sanchez came off and Riccardo Sottil was replaced by Riccardo Sottil. 

GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL FOR INTER. Hakan Çalhanoğlu is in charge of tying the match. Argentinian Correa assists the turkish player for a mid-range shot and he breaks Maignan's goal and equalizes the match. 

Changes at Inter. With the partial defeat, DT Inzaghi decides to move the bench and make three substitutions. Yann Aurel Bisseck, Carlos Augusto and Frattesi were replaced by Pavard, Nicola Zalewski and Henrikh Mkhitaryan. 

Inter already has two yellow cards. Acerbi was shown the yellow card in the 53rd minute and at this moment the German Yann Aurel Bisseck was cautioned for a foul in the middle of the pitch.

The second half kicks off between Milan vs Inter in the first leg of the Coppa d'Italia semifinals. With no substitutions in both teams, will the sacred cry come in this second half or will we continue 0-0?

End of the first half between AC Milan vs Inter. A very entertaining game between these two teams that lacked the final touch to open the scoreboard. Will there be changes in the second half? In a few minutes we'll discover it. 

INTER'S FIRST GOAL WAS A CLOSE CALL. Individual play on the left, Thuram gives a late pass and it goes wide, but it reaches midfielder Davide Frattesi who heads the ball and Maignan manages to save it by deflecting it to the side. 

What a great shot by Turkey's Hakan Çalhanoğlu from the free kick. A fairly dry, straight and powerful shot that goes halfway across the goal and French goalkeeper Mike Maignan has to clear for a corner kick to prevent a goal. Another shot on goal for the visitors. 

After a missed pass by Leao, Pulisic had to foul near Maignan's goal to stop Inter's counter-attack. Great chance for the visitors through the Turkish Hakan Çalhanoğlu, who has a great shot from mid-range and free-kick.

Inzaghi's men are handling the ball in the midfield, trying to slow down the pace of the match. Both teams were very sloppy and lacked precision in their final touches. Let's see if with the minutes and the upcoming rest, they refresh their legs and improve their final touches. 

Calm moment of the match. After Milan had been emboldened in the last minutes, Inter managed to survive and now slowed down the match. 
The only caution of the match was given to Theo Hernandez, who received a yellow card after 20 minutes. 

Once again, Milan is on target again. This time an individual play by the Portuguese left winger Rafael Leao, who feigns to go inside, comes out to the outside and with his unskilled leg, the left, shoots a cross, but the Spanish goalkeeper of Inter, Martinez blocks the shot with his leg.

First shot on goal for Inter. After a corner kick that didn't find a friendly header, the rebound was taken by the Argentine Joaquín 'Tucu' Correa who shot from half distance and Maignan managed to save the shot. 

First minutes of the match in which they are fighting for the ball and the match looks very even. The free kick has been key to get close to the opponent's area but has not been dangerous enough to generate scoring chances.

On the other side, a very attractive semi-final is being disputed between two teams that are 'surprising' to reach this stage. Empoli and Bologna FC have already played the first match, leaving the red and blue as the winner by 0-3 and leaving them one step away from playing the final and winning the Coppa Italia, a trophy they have not won since the 73/74 season. 

It is contested by teams from Serie A, Serie B and some from Serie C. All rounds are single-legged, except for the semifinals, which are played in a round-robin format. The final is always played at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome and the winner secures a place in the next season's UEFA Europa League. 

The Derby della Madonnina is one of the most important derbies in the world and this will be their 209th match in history. The advantage between the two is held by Inter with 81 matches won against 65 of the 'Rossoneri' and they have drawn a total of 62 times. 
They have faced each other 13 times in the Coppa Italia, leaving a balance of 4 wins for Milano, 6 for Inter and 3 draws. 

The team coached by Simone Inzaghi reaches this semi-final match after beating Udinese 2-0 in the first round with goals from Arnautovic and Asllani. In the next round, they faced the other team from the capital, Lazio, also defeating them by the same score, with the Austrian striker Arnautovic scoring again and Hakan Çalhanoğlu joining in from the penalty spot.

The team coached by Portuguese coach Sérgio Conceição is among the four best teams in the Coppa Italia.
Their path began in the round of 16 when they faced Sassuolo of Serie B, beating them with a comfortable 6-1 result. In the quarterfinals they faced the team from the capital, AS Roma, where they comfortably beat them 3-1 thanks to goals by Abraham (X2) and Joao Felix. Now, they will have to overcome their archrivals to win their second title of the season after winning the Italian Super Cup. 

The first leg match of the Coppa Italia 24/25 semifinals between AC Milan vs Inter will be played at the San Siro stadium, located in Milan, Italy. It has a capacity of 75,000 spectators and was inaugurated in 1926 with renovations in 1990 and 2008. 
It is also Inter's stadium, but called differently (Giuseppe Meazza), so both matches will be played at the same venue.
