Middlefield Transfers Innovation Dividend ETF to Cboe Canada

Cboe Canada Inc. (“Cboe Canada”) is pleased to welcome its latest ETF issuer, Middlefield Limited (“Middlefield”), with the transfer of the Middlefield Innovation Dividend ETF to Cboe Canada. The fund invests in dividend paying companies within or closely connected to the tech sector and will continue to trade under the symbol MINN.

The Middlefield Innovation Dividend ETF is designed to offer long term capital appreciation and regular monthly income by investing in an actively managed portfolio of global dividend paying companies operating in, or that derive a signification portion of their revenue or earnings from, the development or commercialization of major technological innovations. With this transfer, Middlefield becomes the 24^th asset manager to list funds on Cboe Canada.
